Leah is Co-Founder and Director of Rhythm of the Arts LLC, a creative producing house and talent agency that connects presenters with visceral live arts experiences that audiences crave. Proudly Latina, she is committed to elevating BIPOC voices on stage and connecting with new audiences and communities. Her 20-year career history began as a professional touring flamenco dancer and spans artist/tour management and booking, marketing and fundraising, outreach, and performance. Prior to Rhythm of the Arts, she worked as an agent and artist manager for Columbia Artists and Opus 3 Artists and had administrative positions with Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, School of American Ballet, and the Society for Directors and Choreographers. Leah has served on the board of NAPAMA (North American Performing Arts Managers & Agents) and has her M.F.A. in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College, where she was also an adjunct professor. She, along with her husband, daughter, and dog are thrilled to call Rosendale, NY home
